CKP is a team of talented, seasoned Nashville natives with 90 years of combined experience.
With backgrounds in development, building, and engineering, this team pays attention to detail in the areas that matter most. Meet Steve Cates, Bill Kottas, and Jason Phillips. Steve and Bill have been in business together for almost 30 years developing communities in Brentwood, Nolensville, and Nashville. Jason is the third generation of the Phillips family that created the business, brand, and legacy of Phillips Builders. These three teamed up to pioneer Spring Hill’s first and largest master-planned community. CKP knows development from all sides, and they have put that experience to work at Harvest Point!
