Fencing is one of the main enhancements many homeowners choose to do within the Harvest Point Community, but there are many other types of enhancements that will need to be reviewed by your Design Review Committee before you can move forward with your project as well.

A good rule of thumb to remember is, if you are going to be doing any type of project that affects the outside of your home, you will need to send a DRC Form detailing what your project plans are for approval.
